The Coney Island Film Festival's regular deadline for entries is looming this Friday (the 25th).  The entry fee is $25.  They accept entries for the following categories: Feature, Short, Documentary Feature, Documentary Short, Experimental, Silent Film, Animation, Music Video.  Check out the "Film Fest Watch" section for more details on how to submit (how's that for some inter-site synergy, eh?). 

As I've written before, the CIFF is a great New York festival that is perfect for newcomers in the film realm and newcomers to the New York film viewing experience.
